Investing in Company Culture: Shortlisted for UK Customer Service Excellence Awards 2019
We are thrilled to announce our shortlisting for the ‘Investment in Company Culture’ category in the UK Customer Service Excellence Awards 2019. The event will take place on the 10th April 2019 at the Café De Paris, London.
This award focuses on “purely customer service in the insurance and broker markets”. It benchmarks “success, innovation and positive business change for the customer”. The judging panel is made up of some of the UK’s leading customer service experts who demand very high expectations – meaning this is a very prestigious accolade for us to be shortlisted for.
It’s great to be recognised for our customer service excellence throughout BHIB. We are extremely proud of our engagement with staff at all levels within the company and the impact this has on our efficiency and customer service levels.
We are proud to have created a positive company culture that encourages progression, development and equal opportunity initiatives. This includes our Chartered Insurance Broker status, ‘Investors in People’ accreditation and our core focus on continual professional development (CPD) amongst other staff development opportunities.
