Could you be Leicestershire’s Not-For-Profit Organisation of the Year?

BHIB Insurance Brokers are proud to sponsor the Not-For-Profit Award at the Leicester Mercury Business Awards for the second year running.

Nominate your organisation today.

With the submission deadline fast approaching, time is running out to nominate your organisation for the Leicester Mercury Business Awards 2019.

What does the award celebrate?

The award celebrates the best of the county’s many not-for-profit organisations that make a difference to the local community. Winning this award is one way for you to boost your organisation’s profile.

The Not-For-Profit Organisation of the Year Award aims to:

  • Honour the outstanding individuals in the not-for-profit sector
  • Recognise, celebrate and promote best practice
  • Honour those who contribute towards raising the standards of the sector
  • Promote and raise the profile of the sector

Why are BHIB sponsoring the Leicester Mercury Business Awards?

We believe it is important to recognise the incredible contributions that Not-For-Profit organisations make to the lives of ordinary people and the wider community.

As well as recognising the amazing work that not-for-profit and charitable organisations do through sponsoring this award, we are constantly looking at ways to give back to the community. BHIB are involved with many other charities and not-for-profit organisations, and each year the company selects 5 charities to support, one national charity and four charities local to our offices.

Not only are Not-For-Profit and charitable organisations key contributors in the Leicester and Leicestershire community, they are also sectors close to our hearts, with many clients and connections operating in these areas. We support and promote Aviva’s annual “Community Fund”, which allows Local Councils, charities and communities to apply for funding grants to aid them in the important projects that will really make a difference.”
