Introducing our new BHIB Charities Insurance brand
Following the successful launch of Create Insurance earlier this year, we are proud and excited to announce our new brand for charities, voluntary organisations and community groups, BHIB Charities Insurance!
The new website is aimed at charities and not for profit organisations, including community groups, clubs, societies, voluntary organisations and hobby/interest groups (including insurance for Guides & Scouts) of all sizes. This website offers smaller not for profit organisations the ability to purchase insurance directly online, while providing a quick and easy solution for larger organisations to arrange a call with our expert team.
The website address is: www.bhibcharities.co.uk
Our key social media channels include:
Twitter – https://twitter.com/bhibcharities
The core cover types available to buy online include:
- Public Liability
- Employers’ Liability
- Contents Insurance
There are also a range of additional covers, including Trustee Indemnity, Cyber Insurance and Buildings Insurance, available on request.
All policies are underwritten by Aviva and we are Aviva’s chosen charity and not-for-profit partner to support charities and communities of all sizes.
The new website was built by our own software provider Brokertech, and gives charities full control on the types and levels of insurance cover they buy.
Commenting on the launch, BHIB’s Partnerships Director, Ajay Mistry, said:
“We are delighted to announce our new BHIB Charities Insurance brand – which has been the result of extensive collaboration with the voluntary sector.
“Through our valued partnership with Voluntary Action LeicesterShire (VAL), and via ongoing communication with charities, voluntary organisations and community groups across the UK, we have been able to address the needs of not for profits of all types and sizes.
“Our new website allows smaller organisations to quickly tailor and buy the insurance cover they need online, while larger organisations can arrange a call with our expert team.”
