A New ‘Out Of Hours’ Claims Service For Corporate Clients
BHIB are pleased to offer our commercial clients an ‘Out of Hours’ major claim notification, advice and assistance service.
This will be provided by our partner, Lorega Solutions, who are the loss adjusting division of Lorega, one of the UK’s leading claims experts. Lorega Solutions are one of the very few firms of Chartered Loss Adjusters who only act for policyholders, providing them with expert loss adjusting and claims consulting advice and assistance for their insurance claims.
Through a bespoke emergency telephone number dedicated solely to clients of BHIB, you will be able to notify any major claim occurring out of working hours. This service will give you immediate access to specialist claims triage and loss mitigation advice by a qualified Chartered Loss Adjuster. On receipt of any call, Lorega will notify us of your loss and depending upon the nature and extent of the damage, you may then receive a visit from a qualified chartered loss adjuster to review the extent of damage. They will then relate this to your policy cover and provide a more detailed claims triage and loss mitigation assistance.
In the event of a major loss leading you to require further expert and specialist assistance, there will be the opportunity for you to engage the full claims services of Lorega Solutions to handle the claim on your behalf. This will include focussing on protecting and recovering the business, dealing with your insurers and their appointed loss adjusters, identifying and calculating all losses arising under your policy, collation and submission of your claim and negotiating settlement for you on the best possible terms.
